Our outfit departs most mornings (weather permitting), heading out to battle the seas on our commercially licensed boats.
Bolstered with a four man crew, we head out to sea to target the delicious and much sought after Cornish Bass, Lobsters, Crabs, Gurnard and many more delacies from the coastline.
We pride ourselves on our knowledge and the ability to be able to locate and supply the freshest wild fish and seafood available to consumers, caterers and hospitality venues around the country.

Are we there yet?
I personally drive a 6 and a half hour round trip to ensure I acquire only the highest quality wild fresh fish and seafood for our customers.
I wait at the dock to greet the Skipper (Nigel) and the rest of crew as they arrive back from a day out at sea.
The crew clean up the fish and put it on ice in a temperature controlled box.
(Taking extra care not to mark the fish, as we strive for perfection).
After we've collected your items for your order I'm back on my travels deep inland to Bedfordshire.
After arriving back after a 240 mile road trip, we start processing the order with our in-house fishmongers, getting it ready to your preferences for a speedy turnover and next day delivery to your door, keeping the fish fresher for longer.
We take all of the leg work out of it, so you can concentrate on getting good food to plates.
And for your peace of mind...
All of our produce is traceable back to the boat it was caught from and even the skipper's name!
Our fish are delivered directly to your door from our boats and not frozen, unlike some of our competitors.
This means you will have few days as fresh as possible to enjoy before it's best to freeze.
This will prevent your product losing the outstanding quality our fish is renowned for.
